The review works through the practical realities of that promise. The handpiece and its sensing circuitry get pulled apart, along with the smart stand and the control unit itself, so you can see where the extra cost actually goes: the sensing electronics, the cartridge design and the industrial-grade construction rather than raw heating performance.
